Not Your Typical Elder Law Firm

CAOC Street Fighter of the Year

We are proud to announce that Kathryn Stebner, along with co-counsel Valerie McGinty and Kirsten Fish, won the Street Fighter of the Year award at the annual CAOC Convention.

More than just a trophy, this award is so meaningful because it represents the hard work that went in to achieving a fair outcome for our client. So often, the legal field gets a bad reputation for not really caring about the people involved.

We strive to make sure that the most vulnerable among us are represented and treated fairly.  When elders and dependent adults are put through experiences that negatively impact the rest of their lives – they shouldn’t be trapped into mandatory arbitration agreements.  When abuse happens, they deserve the right to fight for justice in the courts.

Please take a look at this video that explains some of the background of this case.

Congrats to Kathryn, Kirsten, and Valerie!
